A series of comprehensive technical training modules have been developed specifically for Industry Sales Managers, Merchants and Distributors, but suitable for all sectors including Specifiers, Developers and Bricklaying Contractors. Training initiatives have also been adapted for presentation to University and Brickwork Colleges.

Small or large group training modules are available to suit individual needs. Sessions can be tailor made to reflect the experience of individuals and intended customer focus, and can be presented in-house or at suitable external venues.

Established Topics include Manufacturing, Basic Properties of Bricks including terms and definitions, Technical performance in relation to Product Standards, Application and detailing, and the use of Special shaped bricks.

The format can be adapted to suit customer preference, but combines classroom techniques, interactive support, and practical sessions to best convey individual topics, supported by comprehensive handouts and Guidance Notes.

Development of CPD packages is offered, from concept to certification, but as part of
the Training approach for Architects and Specifiers, CPD presentations are readily
available, covering a range of technical topics, from the process of manufacturing and technical properties to on-site issues of workmanship and successful brickwork detailing, as well as modules on historic and decorative brickwork, and considerations for conservation and refurbishment.
